How to complain about an Air Canada flight?

If you’ve encountered an issue or dispute with an Air Canada service or product such as a flight with a delay over three hours, cancellation, loss or damage to luggage, or unsatisfactory customer service, and you’ve already sought resolution by lodging a complaint with Air Canada, our ‘airline’ complaint form is ready to help launch your complaint process.

Before making a complaint about Air Canada

Please note

that to be eligible to make a complaint against Air Canada, you should have initially raised your issue directly with Air Canada in written form.

After submitting your complaint, you should either have received a final written response (commonly referred to as a ‘deadlock letter’) or have granted Air Canada an eight-week window to respond to your complaint. AviationADR is tailored to deal with unresolved complaints.
