Garuda Indonesia Complaints – How to complain about a Garuda Indonesia flight?

If you’ve faced an issue or disagreement with a Garuda Indonesia product or service, such as a flight delay of over three hours, cancellation, loss or damage of luggage, or unsatisfactory service and you’ve previously lodged your complaint with Garuda Indonesia, our ‘airline’ complaint form is available to advance your complaint process

Before making a complaint about Garuda Indonesia

Please be aware that to be eligible to make a complaint against Garuda Indonesia, it’s necessary that you have initially brought your issue directly to Garuda Indonesia in written form.

Following your complaint, you should either have received a final written response (often referred to as a ‘deadlock letter’), or should have given Garuda Indonesia an eight-week timeframe to response to your issue. AviationADR only deals with unresolved complaints.
