Service Complaints about AviationADR

If you wish to raise a complaint regarding the service that you have received from CDRL, please either submit this via our Online Contact Centre, or post it to us in writing. 

Please provide us with your claim ID, full details of your complaint, and also state which scheme your claim was lodged within (e.g. AviationADR).

This can then be reviewed by an Independent Assessor.

PLEASE NOTE: Service complaints can not be taken over the phone.

Independent Assessor

The Independent Assessor has no affiliation with AviationADR and reports to the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). The CAA has full transparency of all complaints that are reviewed by the Independent Assessor.
